Being Human is an initiative that's very close to my heart. The Foundation works towards saving lives through healthcare initiatives and shaping lives through education initiatives. In both areas, there is a lot to be done and that's why I set up initiatives such as Being Human Art and Being Human merchandise. This helps the Foundation raise its reach and corpus. Our approach has been to try and create merchandise that you can use in everyday life and thereby do good in the course of living your daily life. For example, when you buy a Being Human T-shirt or a Being Human watch, you do good just by the act of slipping on the T-shirt or strapping on the watch.

However, an overwhelming number of people call me and write to me or send word that they wish to make a financial contribution. So we are setting up a payment gateway on this site. Meanwhile, there are a couple of tie-ups we will announce shortly which will make it easy for you to give to Being Human. Please note that all official channels for contributing to Being Human will be listed on this site and be very cautious if someone outside of that list approaches you for money claiming they are from the Foundation. Contributions are eligible for income tax exemption under section 80G of the Indian Income Tax Act.

When the task is vast, no contribution is too small. Thank you for your contribution to Being Human: The Salman Khan Foundation. You will receive an 80G certificate for your contribution.
